Fabrication data

Gerber RS-274X, ODB++, or IPC-D-356. Netlist preferred for flying-probe verification. Indicate layer count, board thickness, copper weight, and surface finish.

BOM with AVLs

Bill of materials as an .xlsx or .csv with manufacturer part numbers. If approved vendor lists are fixed, attach them. We source from 41 franchised distributors — no brokered parts.

Volume + program profile

Prototype quantity, NPI quantity, and annual run-rate. Forecast horizon (12 / 24 / 36 months) helps us lock component allocation before allocation windows close.

Target timeline & compliance class

First-article target date, production need date, and the compliance regime the program must clear — IPC-A-610 Class 2 / Class 3, AS9100D, ISO 13485, CE / FCC pre-compliance.
